Submerged Belt Conveyors offered are used for handling hot ash that gets collected in water filled trough from boiler furnace. Here, these moving belts are installed for handling the Wet Ash from trough and feature entry & exist point in trough shape that frees the rotation achieved by moving belt and also assists in avoiding friction and resultant possibility of damaging the belt. For optimum performance the trough is fabricated using thick plates and can be provided with suitable stiffners in casting as per the specific process requirements.
